18000 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 18000 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 18000 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

The 18000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the 18000 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and any other details requested. 18000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in order to meet compliance requirements.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 18000 support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 18000 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform;
• Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities in any way;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation from 18000.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where necessary. 18000 reserves the right to take any measures it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other users.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 18000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. Using a third party's payment method without authorisation may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. 18000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding a specified limit. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Any taxes or additional fees charged by the payment provider are entirely the user's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

The 18000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 18000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

18000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Suspended accounts may be unable to access their balance or make transactions until the investigation is concluded. 18000's decision regarding account closure is final.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 18000 platform are the exclusive property of 18000 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 18000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

18000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 18000 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
